Sainte Agnes

Taken on the approach road upto Sainte Agnes, this picture captures the village and the ruins of the chateau/fort overlooking it from the rocky perch above.

Whilst it is only 4km from the coast as the crow flies, it's about a 12 km drive, along narrow, twisty mountain roads, that climb at average of 1 in 10.
